Cross Connection Control and Backflow Prevention

Cross connections are actual or potential connections between a potable water source and another source or system that could contaminate or pollute the potable water source should a backflow or back-siphonage condition exist. In order to ensure that potable water is not contaminated, the Environmental Protection Agency has mandated that all water suppliers have a Cross Connection Control and Backflow Prevention Program. WhiteWater’s approved program is professionally administered by our certified technicians to meet this requirement. We will perform cross connection surveys and backflow device testing, submitting all the required documentation.

WhiteWater provides certified cross connection control surveyor and backflow device testing services in communities throughout New England. Our employees review and inspect potable water plumbing systems for cross connections and recommend which backflow prevention devices best protect the potable water system.

~ Examples of Cross Connection Control Programs:

Communities from Westfield to Hingham, from Chelsea to Hampton, NH to Southbridge are being served on a regular basis by our staff of Cross Connection Control specialists.
