WhiteWater, Inc. evolved from R.H.White Construction Company, a prestigious contractor with over eighty years of experience in the construction industry.

WhiteWater, Inc. began providing operation, maintenance, and management services to large water utilities through the 1980 purchase of Southbridge Water Supply Company which subsequently merged with WhiteWater in 2004. Together Southbridge Water and WhiteWater have served the Town of Southbridge, Massachusetts and surrounding areas since 1880.

In November 1989, WhiteWater began providing certified water operator services to a small water system in Charlton, MA. Word soon spread, and with the advent of new and more stringent drinking water and certified operator regulations, more small water systems were calling to take advantage of the services offered by WhiteWater.

The first wastewater client came on board in July 1995. WhiteWater now manages numerous wastewater treatment plants and pumping stations using many different technologies including MBR, RBC, SBR, FAST and Amphidrome.

WhiteWater has continually expanded its base of customers since 1980. We are committed to the proper management and operation of utilities while working with fellow utilities to advance the profession and its
vital service to the public.
